No. Your client gets a private link. They open it in any browser on any phone — no account, no password, no App Store. Most clients just bookmark it or save it from the WhatsApp message you send them.
No. Punchcard is completely payment-agnostic. Your client pays you however they normally do — cash, bank transfer, Revolut, whatever. You add the sessions manually once you've received the money. No payment processing, no commission, no middleman.
You'll see a clear warning when a client hits zero. For clients you trust, you can enable overdraft per-person — they go to -1 or -2 and pay when they can. For others, the warning is your cue to chase the top-up before the next session.
Yes. Each client gets a unique, randomly generated link that can't be guessed or enumerated. It contains no personal information in the URL itself. If you ever want to revoke access for a client, you can regenerate their link instantly.
Punchcard is designed for 1-to-1 session tracking. If you run group classes with a fixed class count per month, it works — each client still has their own punchcard. It's not designed for scheduling or class signup though.
You can export your full session history as CSV at any time. If you cancel your subscription you drop back to the free tier (up to 3 clients). Your data is never deleted without your explicit request.
